This policy explains what personal information LevelLogic Indicators (“we”, “us”) collects through levellogicindicators.com and our related services, and how we handle it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Whop. When you subscribe, Whop shares with us your name, email address, and subscription status. We never see or store your card details — see Whop’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Access details. To grant indicator access we may collect your TradingView username, and our Discord community records your Discord username and any messages you post there.
Contact. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and message.
Technical data. Our host and analytics record standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in aggregate to keep the site running and understand usage.
To provide and manage your subscription and indicator access, respond to questions and support requests, send service messages about your subscription or product updates, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information.
We rely on: Whop (checkout and subscription management), Discord (community and alerts), TradingView (indicator delivery), our email providers, and our website host. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. Embedded content (for example YouTube videos) may set its own cookies.
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, plus aggregate visitor statistics. We do not run advertising trackers.
We keep subscriber records while your subscription is active and afterwards only as long as needed for business and legal record-keeping, then delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@levellogicindicators.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
