These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LevelLogic Indicators website, our TradingView indicators, Discord community, and related services (together, the “Services”). By purchasing a subscription or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
All content, indicators, statistics, alerts, and commentary provided by LevelLogic are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a licensed financial adviser or broker. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Trading futures, derivatives, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, historical statistics, and probability figures are not indicative of future results. Indicator outputs are statistical descriptions of historical data, not predictions.
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop. By subscribing you also agree to Whop’s terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the LevelLogic indicators for your own trading. You must not share, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, republish, or redistribute the indicators, their code, embedded data, or subscriber-only content (including alerts and Discord content), in whole or in part. All intellectual property in the Services remains the property of LevelLogic.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these Terms are breached — including account sharing, attempted extraction or redistribution of indicator code or data, or abusive conduct in community spaces.
The Services depend on third-party platforms (TradingView, Whop, Discord). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, update, or discontinue indicators or features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelLogic will not be liable for any loss or damage (including trading losses, loss of profit, or consequential loss) arising from use of, or reliance on, the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: admin@levellogicindicators.com.
